The temporary per diem Member Services Representatives will assist our members by providing quality, professional, personalized service to all through telephonic encounters.  Representatives must handle telephone, written and walk-in inquiries in a courteous, professional, thorough manner to assure member satisfaction. Representatives will learn our phone systems as well as necessary computer systems to research members’ questions and document conversations and outcomes. 

 

 


 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience within healthcare and/or customer service preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as department instructions and procedure manual
  • Exceptional communication skills, good grammar, and familiarity with basic computer applications required
  • Ability to maintain confidential information; ability to communicate on telephones, in writing and in person required
