Administrative Assistant - Corporate Finance - Full Time - Days

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Corporate Finance, this individual will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to several leadership personnel and their teams, including, but not limited to; Chief Financial Officer – Provider Division, Vice President of Corporate Finance, Vice President – Treasury, Director of Corporate Tax, and Director of Reimbursement and Decision Support.  Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the organization and respective departments. Supports multiple leaders through a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.  .

•Provides general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, arranging documents for print, sort incoming mail, faxes, deliveries
•Processes office based functions including accounts payable, payroll, purchasing and mileage and expenses.
•Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.  Arrange meetings and conference calls, including but not limited to preparing presentation materials, registering for events, and ensuring that all equipment and conference lines are working properly
•Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. 
•Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
•Greet and assist clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.  Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
•Establishes and maintains positive working relations with all key customers.  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed to ensure an integrated approach to achieve outcomes and other indicated deliverables’
•Performs other duties as assigned


•Must be a high school graduate or its equivalent.  Associates degree in secretarial science preferred or equivalent years of experience, previous health care experience a plus
•Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to achieving customer satisfaction
•Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must be well organized, be able to efficiently multi-task and be detail oriented
•Must demonstrate the ability to think and work effectively accurately complete tasks within established deadlines. Must be able to work independently to solve problems and to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
•Strong computer skills required.  Proficiency in Microsoft office required
•May require occasional lifting or carrying of light equipment or supplies
