*Candidates must be external and fall into one of the categories below to be eligible for the Sign On Bonus*

$1,250 – Non experienced Certified Surgical Technician

$2,500 – 1 to 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technician

$3,500 – greater than 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technician

General Summary:

Under direction of the registered nurse and according to established policies and procedures, the Surgical CST, functioning as a member of the surgical team, focuses on planning, directing, and controlling surgical instruments, inventory, and equipment utilized within the OR suite.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate from an accredited program of practical nursing or surgical technology, to include pharmacology.
  • Must have appropriate certification for Surgical Technologist
  • Must have current BCLS certification.
