ProMedica is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Hospitalist Team with Memorial Hospital in Fostoria, OH and Fremont Hospital on a Per Diem basis. 

  • Provider must be eligible to obtain vent management privileges 
  • Must have weekday availability
  • Must have 1+ year experience as a Provider

PA - 

  • Masters of nursing (MSN) degree with an acute care focus. 
  • Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
    • PA-C
  • Certificate of Authority to practice is required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Experience in neurosurgery preferred, but  all candidates will be considered with the appropriate training, background and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment toward achieving customer/patient satisfaction.

 

NP - 

  • Masters of nursing (MSN) degree.
  • Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
  • Certificate of Authority to practice is required.
  • Current CPR certification required.

  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.

  • Post offer pre-employment required to include tobacco / drug screen / nicotine testing
